    BOOK BY PHONE
    Appointment System:
    • We operate an appointment system only. No walk-ins. This faciliates our capability to provide appointment times outside of conventional business hours such as evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays.
    Appointment times:
    • Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 1000hrs to 2000hrs, Saturday & Sunday from 0900hrs to 1300hrs & Bank Holidays from 0900hrs to 1300hrs.
    Same Day Bookings:
    • Same day bookings are not available online. We request you get in touch with us to check same day availability.
    Appointment Process:
    • The process is simple. Get in touch with is with an appointment date & time in mind & any questions you may have. Our friendly team welcome your call, will help answer your queiries & make an appointment convenient to you.
    • We will require you to provide your name, address & contact number to provision the appointment. We will also require a deposit to hold the appointment. This will require a debit or credit card payment. Please refer to our deposit terms & coniditions
    • All the information you provide is kept confidential, secure & abides to the Data Protection Act 2018 & General Data Protection Reglation (GDPR). Information is only for use by your practitioner & Oakleaf Wellness Centre to register you with our clinic, & for us to identify, formulate & optimally deliber a safe & effective treatment plan to meet your healthcare needs. Information is not shared with third parties.
    • Once the deposit is taken & the appointment is confirmed we will provide a confirmation by a method you prefer; By text, by whatsapp, by email, by phone call or by post. We will also send a reminder message using the contact method you have chosen.

    • To book online, use our Online Booking page, simply select the therapy of your choice, then select a date & time for your appointment. We will require you to provide your name, address, contact number & email address to provision the appointment. We will also require a deposit to hold the appointment. This will require a debit or credit card payment. Please refer to our deposit terms & coniditions

    DEPOSIT SYSTEM
    • We operate a deposit system on all bookings to allocate our time & our resources fairly to our clients.
    • A deposit payment is taken by card at the time of your booking to hold your appointment. This amount will be deducted off the full cost of your appointment once you attend it, so you only pay the remaining balance. For example, if the full cost of your session is £70, you pay a £10 deposit at the time of booking, you will then pay the remainig £60 at the end of your session after attending it.
    • If you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
    • If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
    • If you reschedule your appointment, at any time, the deposit will be held & the balance settled once you attend your rescheduled appointment. A rescheduled appointment will be offered instead of cancelling an appointment within 24 hours, if you cannot attend the original appointment because of an unforeseen circumstance.
    • If you cancel your appointment giving atleast 24 hours notice, the deposit will be fully refunded to your card.
    • If we cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded to your card.

    • All the information you provide is kept confidential, secure & abides to the Data Protection Act 2018 & General Data Protection Reglation (GDPR). Information is only for use by your practitioner & Oakleaf Wellness Centre to register you with our clinic, & for us to identify, formulate & optimally deliber a safe & effective treatment plan to meet your healthcare needs.     CANCELLATION PROCESS

  • + PRE-BOOKED SESSIONS

    PRE-BOOKED SESSIONS:
    • These are multiple sessions booked in advance & used within 3 months of booking the first session
    • A discount per session is provided for booking multiple sessions in advance
    • Pre-booked sessions & their concessionary rates are not available online. To discuss a payment plan, please contact us directly on 07846 981 860. • Payment for all sessions MUST be received in full at the time of the first appointment to qualify for the discount
    • Unused sessions cannot be carried forward
    • Each cancellation & reschedule without 24 hours notice or "no show" will be considered as a session used
    • No refunds or exchanges are given on pre-booked multiple sessions
    • Pre-booked multiple sessions cannot be used by anyone else including friends or family
    • However, friends & family may be entitled to a discount when booking a session on their name
